Shipping

Goddess Hair BCN ships anywhere in Spain .We offer flat fee shipping rates to make shipping cost less for our shoppers. The best thing about thing about flat rate shipping so no matter how many items you order - -you only pay one low rate! For a simple flat fee, have your orders delivered right to your home or office. To view shipping rates, you may view them as you go through check out before you place your order. Simply select your desired shipping method at check out.

Prices & Types

Our flat shipping rates range between €7,90  based on your location and are 15€ for express shipping options based on your location at the local rates provided by Spain Post.

To help offset ordering costs, we are happy to occasionally offer FREE SHIPPING promotions to our customers via coupons, loyalty rewards or flat rate amounts whenever available!

Shipping Providers

The shipping company we use is Post office Spain. Please specify a physical delivery address for shipping or if you live in a rural location, contact us ahead of time so that we can prearrange Spain Post for you as they do deliver to post boxes across Spain.

Delivery times 

Order delivery times are based on the shipping method you have selected. Options available for most products is 5-10 days. Once an order is shipped it is out of our control as to when it is delivered.

Be mindful that if you choose 10 day delivery, that is when your order will be delivered. Unless you have selected faster options, please be patient while we get your orders ready for you. 

We encourage shoppers to track orders online and ensure delivery addresses are entered correctly when ordered and that someone is home to accept your delivery for you to prevent delays. If you require special shipping / delivery arrangements, please contact us ahead of time.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Spain however extra charges may apply when shipping to national destinations. If you would like to know the cost of shipping, please email us at annysbeautysalon@gmail.com before you place your order so we can search the best rate and shipping provider for your location.

Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Goddess Hair BCN offers flexible, no hassle returns for eligible items in our online store. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and we understand that sometimes, things happen and you may need to return your item for something else.

 

Keeping this in mind, we also need to abide by manufacturer policies so it is important that all shoppers contact us prior to placing orders to ensure items are suitable and returnable. Due to the nature of the types of products that we sell ("personal use items") we are required to follow product manufacturer guidelines for the safety of all our customers.

When shopping online with us, as standard retail policy, these terms must be adhered to before checking out and completing your order online. Your cooperation is most appreciated and we strongly encourage all shoppers to contact us if you have questions at any time. We are always here and happy to help assist you with your purchases.

TERMS

Sale Items are ALWAYS final sale regardless of the brand.All sale items and discounted items are final sale. Customised products such as custom human hair wigs are also final sale

Please note that all sales and discounted items, including items on our Clearance pages, will also be a final sale as outlined below. 

Returns & Exchanges are Available for over 1,000 items Online!


Goddess Hair BCN offers returns, exchanges, and store credit on over 1,000 items in our store based solely on manufacture return policies.

Goddess Hair BCN does not issue refunds, unless an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, so please order carefully.

Returns will be permitted for an exchange or store credit from the product manufacturers listed below within 7 days of the receipt or delivery which will be identified from the delivery tracking number.

We offer one exchange per order and store credits are valid for 90 days.

Returns will be accepted for all products from the Goddess Hair BCN brand manufacturers.

Final Sale applies to:

All items, including all discounted, sale items, clearance collections, custom designed glueless or full lace human hair wigs, all wigs from the Popular Wigs Collections and the Wig Store brand. 

EXCHANGE POLICY PROCEDURES

How to Return an Eligible Product

Customers requiring a return must first contact us by email to request a return authorization number. This number is used to identify your return.

If your item is approved an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be issued to you via email. Packages received without an RMA# will be refused and returned to sender. RMA numbers must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of your order delivery.

If the item you wish to return/exchange is eligible for return, we will contact you within 24 hours with return instructions and an RMA#

If your item is not eligible, it will be denied and an RMA will not be issued. Any items sent without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be refused and returned back to you at your cost.

A restocking fee of 15% applies to all  Hair extensions/wigs and 30% fee to all human hair wigs (that are eligible for return) plus processing fees. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Returnable items must not have been brushed or worn and free from scents such as smoke or perfume. All packaging and product tags must intact. Goddess Hair BCN reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet above requirements at our discretion and items will be shipped back at senders cost.

Store Credit / Exchange Processing

You should expect to receive your store credit (if eligible) within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your credit sooner. The store credit processing period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We always strive to complete store credits as soon as possible.
