Terms of Purchase

This is a courtesy translation. The contractual relationship and the applicable law are the Spanish ones: in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this document prevails.

1. Identity of the selling party

Sales and bookings made through this site are carried out by Julianny Núñez García, NIF (Spanish tax number) 54559264K, with address at Carrer d'Estruc, 12, 08002 Barcelona, España, email annysbeautysalon@gmail.com and telephone +34 676 74 62 80, under the trading name Anny's Beauty Salon.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the purchase of the products and the booking of the services offered. Before completing the order or the booking, the buyer must read them and expressly accept them. Contracts are entered into in Spanish.

3. Products, services and prices

The essential characteristics, availability and price of each product or service are shown on its page. Prices are stated in euros and include the VAT legally applicable, unless expressly indicated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before the purchase is confirmed.

Should there be an obvious error in the price or the description, we will contact the buyer before processing the order so that it can be confirmed with the correct information or cancelled at no cost.

4. How products are bought

To buy, the products are selected, the basket is reviewed, the delivery details are provided and payment is made. Before paying, a summary will be shown with the products, quantities, price, taxes and applicable charges. Automatic receipt of the order does not imply its acceptance if payment has not been authorised or there is no availability.

5. Appointment bookings and deposit

Some services require payment of a deposit to confirm the appointment, which is deducted from the total price of the service. The appointment is confirmed once the booking is completed and, where applicable, the deposit has been paid. Cancelling or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment; after that, the deposit may be non-refundable. Please see the details when booking.

6. Payment

Payment may be made by bank card through the secure virtual POS terminal and by any other methods that may be enabled during the process. Full card details are handled directly by the payment provider; Anny's Beauty Salon does not store them.

7. Confirmation, delivery and transfer of risk

Once payment has been authorised, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. The destinations, costs and estimated shipping times are shown before the order is completed. Delivery and transport incidents are governed by what is set out on the Shipping and Returns page.

8. Withdrawal and returns

When buying products, consumers have, as a general rule, 14 calendar days from receipt in which to withdraw. The instructions, costs and legally applicable exceptions are set out in Shipping and Returns.

9. Legal guarantee

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Spanish law. If an item is faulty, incorrect or does not match what was advertised, the consumer may request the remedies legally available.
